Lyne Eaker
Lyne has over 25 years of business IT consulting experience and the focus of his work in the last seven years has been in the justice and enforcement sector. Lyne’s wide breadth of experiences and his advocacy of a holistic project management approach that supports business needs by using technology and business process transformation while leading people through the change management activities are keys to the success of his projects. As the lead project manager, Lyne recently implemented a province-wide offender management system and is currently working on a number of 9-1-1 and policing-related projects. Lyne enjoys urban farming and animal husbandry. If he isn’t building something for the yard, house or one of the animals, then he is planning on it. Lyne is always looking for efficient ways to use technology to support day-to-day life and is now working on projects to integrate technology into the micro-environments he creates. Most recently Lyne has helped fund CHIP to support his own projects and has hopes that projects like this will help disadvantaged children gain access to technology.
