Employee Spotlight Alfred Obleada

Alfred Obleada, Senior Consultant – Alfred has been in the IT consulting industry since 1998 and joined Tantus in the summer of 2015. With a passion for projects, he has worked with all levels of municipal, provincial, and private organizations and brings a broad experience in project management, business & systems analysis, and application development. He is always ready for new challenges and doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats to get the job done.  Alfred was born and raised in Edmonton, but loves to spend time in the mountains with his family and friends to camp, bike, or snowboard.

Employee Spotlight Maureen Ahlmann

 

Maureen is a Senior Consultant with over 17 years of progressive experience implementing, managing and supporting ERP Systems, including extensive business analysis, quality management, training and project management experience related to the implementation of enterprise solutions.  Maureen has gained most of her experience during the implementation, development, configuration and support of Human Resource Management systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards and SAP.  Since joining Tantus Solutions Group in May 2015 she has provided quality assurance, business analysis and project management expertise to various projects.  Maureen is nuts about her children.  Her spare time is filled with the joys of having 3 girls and 3 boys… the boys being her fur babies!

Employee Spotlight: Catherine Ratke

Catherine is a Senior Business Analyst with over twenty five years of IT experience in private and public sectors. She began her career as a programmer and has since performed many roles from Team Lead, Testing Coordinator, Support Analyst and Business Analyst. Catherine possesses diverse experience in various industries including, oil and gas, construction, education, human services, environment, health, banking and liquor control. Catherine provides value to her clients by utilizing her extensive skills and experience.

When she is not working, Catherine enjoys time with her husband and growing teenage sons.  Catherine loves the outdoors and particularly enjoys gardening, hiking, biking, skiing and working out.

 

Employee Spotlight: Dave Beland

Dave BelandDave is an accomplished professional with more than 17 years of experience in information technology and business processes. The majority of his career has been spent in system, process and transition development incorporating solution visualization, definition, implementation and review. Whether as the project visionary, business analyst, development lead or developer/analyst, Dave is always looking for ways to improve or augment systems and processes. His desire for efficiency and elegance in process and system design shows in all projects he has been involved with. All this is balanced by Dave’s sense of humor and the satisfaction he gains from working with others.

Employee Spotlight: Will Zaichkowski

 

will-zaichkowskiWill is a senior Analyst and strategist, providing services to the public and private sector in Alberta for over 20 years. Working with a range of different clients with very different needs has given Will a unique perspective on the issues related to business requirements in technology implementations. An internationally recognised communicator and a certified Data Management Professional – he is comfortable in both the business and technical world. Will volunteers extensively in the start-up community – providing advisory services and coaching through institutions like NAIT, TEC Edmonton and the University of Alberta.

Employee Spotlight: Chris Young

Chris is a Senior Business Analyst with over twelve years chrisyoungof information technology consulting experience.  Chris has experience in procurement, business transformation, change management, COTS implementations and business case development.  A lot of Chris’s time with Tantus has been spent supporting various projects within the corrections industry. Chris and his wife of 7 years have a 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son.  Chris’ daughter started kindergarten this week which was a difficult day for dad.  In his spare time, Chris likes to spend time with his kids helping them torment mom, and occasionally gets out to play some hockey and golf.
